Principal Consultant: Victoria Brodie, Ed.D.

Dr. Victoria Brodie has an extensive history working in the fields of communication, organizational development, and leadership. With a focus on strategic development for leaders and organizations in a rapidly changing world, her research and practice center around the complexity of change and optimizing performance within it. Victoria has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and is an Assistant Professor in Communication Arts at California Baptist University.

Dr. Kim Levey serves as the Associate Vice President for Curriculum & Educational Effectiveness at National University and also is an adjunct faculty member in the Sanford College of Education. She earned her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University. With a passion for education in all its forms, her career and research are focused on assessment of and for learning, curriculum design, higher education policy, and organizational dynamics and change. Prior to joining academia, she worked in the non-profit, advertising, and financial services industries.
